All of the attractions in this Itinerary are located in Tinley Park.
Day 1
Begin your Tinley Park experience playing a round of golf at the Odyssey Golf Foundation. This course offers 18 holes on a championship golf course designed by two-time U.S. Open Champion Curtis Strange. It is a masterpiece of lush fairways and manicured lawns.
Lunch is served at the charming Isabella Café. The café's atmosphere has warm lighting, tasteful murals and a courteous, attentive wait-staff. The Isabella Café also has a selection of carefully chosen wines, beers and cocktails. Diners can also enjoy the outdoors on the quaint patio.
After lunch, a stroll through downtown is sure to delight. Enjoy the Benches on the Avenue, a public art program that has become one of the Village's most popular attractions. On display from May through October, these colorful benches bring to life the chosen theme of the season. The benches will be created by both amateur and professional artists.
After a busy day out and about, head to your Tinley Park hotel of choice to freshen up for an evening of great food. Hotel choices include: Comfort Inn & Suites, Country Inn & Suites, Fairfield Inn, Hampton Inn, Hilton Garden Inn, EVEN Hotel, LaQuinta Inn & Suites, Sleep Inn, Wingate By Wyndham and WoodSpring Suites.
When in the Chicago Southland, you must experience Chicago-style pizza, so a stop at Aurelio's Pizza will complete the day. Aurelio's has been a south side tradition since 1959 and has consistently been voted Chicago Southland's best pizza. You'll have a choice of their popular thin-crust pizza, as well as stuffed and thick crust pizza.
Day 2

Then spend the morning wondering through The Vogt Visual Arts Center. The Center is a facility of the Tinley Park-Park District. Established in 1996, the Vogt Visual Arts Center is the house of the first Tinley Park Mayor, Henry Vogt. The Vogt Visual Arts Center houses a gallery which continuously displays works of art by various local and well-known artists.
